infrared thermal imaging camera, protimeter (moisture meter), laser particle counter and fiber optic boroscope (if necessary)
to locate and identify any suspect conditions such as visible mold or conditions conducive to mold growth. While
the visual inspection is always the most important factor in any mold assessment, air sampling may also be recommended
to identify the extent and/or location of contamination. Surface sampling of visible mold is not typically necessary
unless the specific identification of the mold is needed or an insurance company needs an elevated mold presence confirmation
for a claim. We believe that
performing inspections and remediation is a conflict of interest, so we provide contact information to certified and reputable
mold remediation companies. Our
service area for mold inspections, mold testing and radon testing is primarily in Naples, Bonita Springs, Ft. Myers,
Estero, Marco Island, Sanibel Island and Cape Coral for residential and commercial properties. We will also perform radon
